Shipping policy

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently offer shipping within the United States only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping to countries outside the USA.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after your order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed.

Processing includes order verification, picking, packing, and preparing your package for shipment.

Orders are generally processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

3. Shipping & Transit Time

After your order has been processed and handed over to the shipping carrier, the estimated transit time is:

Transit Time: 3–5 business days

Estimated Total Delivery Time

2–3 business days processing + 3–5 business days transit = approximately 5–8 business days total

Please note that the 5–8 business day estimate begins from the date your order is placed and may vary slightly depending on the destination, carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information when available.

You can use the tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment until it reaches your delivery address.

5. Shipping Delays

While we work to meet the estimated 5–8 business day delivery timeframe, unexpected carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, high order volumes, or other circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect delivery times.
